We would like a deposit of 30% on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If you book within 8 weeks of your holiday the full amount is payable then. A damage deposit of 250.00 euros (refundable) is also required. All prices are per week and are from Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive from 4pm on the Saturday and you must vacate by 10am the following Saturday. All prices are quoted are for the entire house, per week. The prices include electricity, water and central heating but there is an additional charge for heating during the winter months. Prices include bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. Discounts may be available for couples or individuals and out of season bookings. There is to be no smoking in the house. Well behaved pets welcomed. There is a telephone and wi-fi access to the internet.
